Safaricom simplifies M-Pesa access to businesses

Safaricom has added new features to its M-Pesa platform to enable businesses access services more easily. 

Dubbed Daraja, the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) portal will enable businesses to easily integrate with M-Pesa, drastically cutting down the more than 60 days it took them to link to the money transfer platform. Businesses can now seamlessly integrate both Lipa Na M-Pesa Buy Goods and Pay Bill cashless payments.
