ZEEPAY awarded the new "Young Gun" at the West African Mobile Awards 2016


The prestigious West African Mobile Awards, which is sponsored by anchor companies such as Twitter and Uber. Awarded ZeePay, an African focused Digital Financial Services company the award of Young Gun, 2016. This is indeed a testament of Zeepay's capabilities and innovative strength.

The competition drew participants from 3 continents with over 150 applicants, and yet Zeepay was not only nominated but won their category against strong Nigerian players such as Paywithcapture.

Zeepay is a digital MobileFintech that is mobile device and network agnostic and supports the provision of true branchless banking. Zeepay's business model by operation enables interoperability and allows banks to accepts mobile money wallets for payments using the new NFC technology, ie is tap and pay at Retail point of sale. The award winning platform, also supports digital termination of remittances into mobile wallets and bank accounts.
