The partnership between Sochitel and Billaway makes it easier for mobile operators to adopt Billaway's plug-in technology to help increase customer engagement and reduce churn.
Billaway's white-labelled platform can be integrated with any mobile operator, anywhere in the world. The platform has proved to be popular for mobile users across a range of networks globally, with subscribers saving up to 80% of their monthly airtime bill when they participate in any of the activities. Customers simply share their opinions via surveys on a range of topics to receive their free mobile airtime.
In addition to benefits to the subscriber, Billaway's unique technology allows mobile operators to use the platform to gather and learn from subscriber usage data, is easy to integrate, and provides a new revenue stream to drive incremental profit, and increases subscriber engagement.
