GHANA:Energy Bank Upgrades Mobile App

Energy Commercial Bank has re-launched its Energy Mobile application with additional features to facilitate banking transaction.

The Energy Mobile banking platform is expected to make banking easier for customers as they can transact business whenever and wherever they are.

Customers can also transfer funds from their mobile wallets into their Energy Commercial Bank accounts and vice versa.

Other transactions that the application can execute within few seconds are instant transfer, bill payment, including DSTV and Kwese TV, mini account statement, check balance, top-up mobile money and mobile airtime.

A customer, who has already signed up, must initially dial the preferred code *389*029#.

A welcome message then appears and the customer is asked to enter the account number and confirm it.
