AudioNow announces new mobile remittance platform for mobile diaspora communities

Viamericas Corp., an international licensed remittance company, has partnered with AudioNow Plus to allow broadcaster´s listeners to send money from mobile devices in the US to friends and family in South America and the Caribbean, with more regions to follow, directly on AudioNow Plus apps and broadcaster websites.

AudioNow is the largest platform connecting 4000+ in-language broadcasters to mobile phones globally.

For the first time, this partnership will give in-language audiences of audio and video apps a secure and low cost way to send money home through their IOS or Android device within the app without having to go elsewhere. Lowering customer acquisition costs is expected to contribute to increased funds reaching their destinations.

AudioNow broadcast partners who have entered the remittance program include the largest broadcasters in Haiti, Radio Television Caraibes; Radio Kiskeya; Radio Vision 2000; as well as Spanish-language broadcasters, Radio America 1540 AM, Radio Guadelupe, and Grupo Promo Media in Mexico.

Viamericas offers money transfer, bill payment, check processing and top-up services through both a digital network and a physical network of more than 4,000 agents across the United States and over 40,000 locations in destination markets. Viamericas provides easy, fast and safe international payments and superior customer service.
